Step 1. Consult

When you make contact we will book you in for a visit from the boss! With decades of experience he will help you choose the right windows doors or conservatory with plenty of samples. Use his experience! He is really good at this (he told me to say that!) You will not get an immediate cost - he will take his time and get it exactly right before sending you a firm quotation. We don't do buy one free, get one free and inflate the price or buy one get 3 free and really inflate the price. Our pricing is open, transparent and competitive.

Step 2. The Quotation

We will create a competitive quotation and send it to you for consideration. Lets chat about that then if you have any questions.

Step 3. Accept the quotation and terms

Once you're happy and have agreed the quotation we will order the products and agree a time when we begin installation.

Step 4. The installation

All we really need here is a cup of tea now and again as we remove your old windows and doors (or conservatory) and install your brand-new ones. Our installers are well trained and really nice (they asked me to add that!) and will respect your home and keep it as tidy as possible.

Step 5. All done.

We will leave with the work completed and your guarantee begins! Any problems (it's unlikely but) just call us. Our after sales support is outstanding.
